Zorkóczy Law Office (Registered at 1182 Budapest, Dobozi utca 80.; represented by: Miklós Zorkóczy, Partner; hereinafter referred to as " ZLO " ) provides the following information about the processing of personal data provided on the website or otherwise.

Cookie: When downloading parts of the webpage, small data files containing the User's personal data may be automatically placed on the User's computer ('cookie') which are necessary or useful for the provision of the service. Examples of cookies include a data file that is statistical (google ads). ZLO provides information about the use of cookies when you access the website and requests your consent. The data filesare necessary for the operation of certain functions of the webpage, during your visits the previous data files are transferred to ZLO or its data processor. User(s)rights:

Withdrawal of consent (Art. 7(3) GDPR) The User has the right to withdraw his/her consent to the data processing at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of data processing based on consent prior to the withdrawal.

Access (Article 15 GDPR) The User has the right to receive feedback from the Data Controller as to whether or not his personal data are being processed and, if such processing is in progress, he/she has the right to have access to the personal data and certain information specified in Article 15 of the GDPR.

Correction (Article 16 GDPR) The User has the right to rectify inaccurate personal data concerning the User without undue delay at his request. Taking into account the purpose of the data processing, the User has the right to request that incomplete personal data be completed, including by means of a supplementary statement.

Erasure ("right to be forgotten") (Article 17 GDPR) The User has the right to delete the personal data concerning the User without undue delay at his request, and the Controller is obliged to delete the personal data concerning the User without undue delay if one of the reasons set out in Article 17 exists.

Restriction of data processing (Article 18 GDPR) User has the right to restrict data processing at the request of the Data Controller if the reason set out in Article 18 is fulfilled.

Data portability (Article 20 GDPR) User has the right to receive the personal data provided to the Controller in a structured, widely used, machine-readable format, and he/she has the right to transmit this data to another controller without being hindered by the Controller if:

-        the processing is based on consent under Article 6(1)(a) or Article 9(2)(a) or on a contract under Article 6(1)(b); and

-        the processing is carried out by automated means.

In exercising the right to data portability, the User has the right to request the direct transfer of personal data between controllers, if technically feasible.

Objection (Article 21 GDPR) User has the right to object at any time to the processing of his personal data on the basis of legitimate interest for reasons related to his or her situation. In this case, the Controller may no longer process the personal data unless it proves that the Processing is justified by compelling legitimate reasons that take precedence over the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject or which are related to the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
